The hotel was located near Universal Studios theme park and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Booked a room with a kitchen. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge were provided. The outstandingly accommodating staff accommodated all the needs.

The beds in the room were very comfortable, the location was good and ideal being close to a park, and it was conveniently located near the universal theme parks and a variety of dining options.

It's spotless, amazing hotel and the staff is very friendly. The location of the venue is ideal, adjacent to the Universal parks as well as Holy Land Experience. International Drive is a district that deserves exploring. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property is really cool. The hotel provides excellent service.

The location is ideal, next to the theme park, convenience stores, parks, and public transportation. It’s just 1 mile away from Hard Rock Orlando.

I also liked that the room was big enough for what we needed. The hotel has a very good parking area, and is also very close to the Universal Parks. Quality/price is very good, you can't ask for much more.

The breakfast was right, just something scarce in the daily offer and without any daily renewal. The fact of not having cleaning unless you stay more than eight days is noticed with the passage of time, and although it is warned to me seems too much time between one and another review . In the reference to the hotel it said that they spoke Spanish at the reception, and that is not entirely true, as it depended on who was there at the time. Of three different people I met, only one spoke it. It also said that there was a 24 hour reception service from 7am to 9.40pm (or something similar), the rest of the time you had to enter and/or leave from the side with your assigned card.

The hotel was impeccably clean with helpful and amiable staff members. The location was particularly good and unbeatable to Camping world stadium. Besides, it was near all the parks and public transportation and Orlando and Islands of adventure.

The beds were very comfortable

I stayed five nights with my wife, everyday we had to go to the front desk with our dirty towels and asl for new ones because they wouldn't give us extra all together. Provided a kitchen in the room but not even one pan to cook a biscuit. Breakfast was basically snacks. No hot foods and no swimming pool.

The staff here are total pros, super helpful and friendly 🌟.
